Pembe is a passionate and dedicated Qualified Hatha Yoga Teacher having completed her Advanced Diploma of Yoga Teacher Training at VIYETT.
She has been practicing Hatha Yoga for over 16 years and has 14 years teaching experience.
Pembe provides a free flowing, fluid style and balanced approach to her yoga classes, incorporating breathing techniques (pranayama), yoga postures (asana), and meditation/relaxation; encouraging self awareness, connection of mind and body through movement with breath, and allowing space for students to rejuvenate their body, mind and spirit.
